I know. It's not reasonable to post things like this and this about healthy eating and then come at you with a post dedicated to ice cream. And yet here we are. I love ice cream and this, I believe, is the very best store bought ice cream I've ever had. If you have not yet tried Talenti gelato please do so immediately and report back. It is creamy and light and simply delightful. This is the type of ice cream I cannot keep in the house without finishing it in a day or less. Meaning, I basically can't keep this in the house. Or I shouldn't but as you can see from the photo self restraint is not my strongest trait. The chocolate peanut butter cup is my favorite flavor thus far but I've honestly loved every flavor I've tried.
In related news, I'm going to the dentist today to get an old filling replaced. Le sigh.

OMG Lindsey! We just got introduced to this last month and have been obsessed ever since. I told Jon this is the best store bought ice cream I have ever had too! We are currently finishing off a pint of the Choclate. It is literally heaven in your mouth.
